One-on-one Health Coaching


A 3-month or 6-month program. Done in person or via Skype.

  • 1 Health History (50-min)
  • Bi-monthly 50-minute sessions (Health history does not count towards sessions)
  • Tools for stress management and personal development
  • Healthy meal advice, recipes, and if needed recipe plans that are easy to prepare
  • A welcome kit that includes some favorite books and goodies of mine

  • (Optional) Massage sessions for additional fees



I am also a certified massage therapist, which is what helped me get started with healthy living. I use massage in some of my one-on-one coaching programs because it helps bring awareness to your body. Awareness causes us to listen to our body on different levels, which in turn helps guide us in decision making of how we use it, what we put in it, and what we want to put up with.
