Welcome to my blog!

I’ll be honest, I kind of dreaded this part of owning a business. I’m a terrible writer.  So, let me clarify that you most definitely will find posts interesting and full of informative knowledge and personal experience. However, they will also come with tons of grammatical errors, misspelled words, and run on sentences. I promise to do my best to have them edited, but my editors are my wonderfully talented family members. Which means, if they don’t have time it ain’t gonna happen.;) If you can accept me for my flaws, I promise I will accept you for yours!

As for the type of content you will find here it won’t only be about nutrition, but life in general. Tips, trips, and hacks on how to make living healthy a tad bit easier. I’ll talk about Primary Foods and Secondary foods (I know, you don’t even know what those are…yet!). There will be talk about fitness and movement, why it’s so important and ways to make it happen even in the busiest life. My hope is to bring you along this joyful life (even when it may not seem so joyful too) where we can both gain experience and learn to create the life we want.
